We all know what red on New Year’s means. But Louboutin knows even better!

I don’t know you, but I’ve always wanted to be lucky. And just about that same time it is that I decided I needed to take luck in my own hands. It is a matter of luck, after all, also getting what you’re striving for, or, better said, receiving what you deserve, isn’t it?

Still, this time it won’t be just decisiveness that I’ll be relying on, but also a little bit of superstition, and what will be getting involved into the task won’t be my hands at all, but rather… feet and shoes. How so? Don’t they say that if you wear something red on New Year’s Eve your luck for the year to come is practically guaranteed (ok, not using those exact same words, but anyway)? And isn’t Christian Louboutin famous for the hot reds of his shoes, for their dizzying heels and fire branded soles? So, what stronger amulet for a year of walking on sunshine could I possibly find? Exactly, none other!

So, may we be lucky and may January 1st be the beginning of the luckiest ever… rest of our lives! We’ll make sure it will, won’t we?
