Valentino Couture: A Poetic Collection Full Of Grace And Femininity

Designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli, creative directors for the house of Valentino, took a recurring element of this season’s couture shows – the flower garden motif – transforming it into a majestic collection, full of grace and femininity.

Dresses in delicate tulle, soft wool and precious silk, of a timeless elegance, perfectly rendered the beauty of the architecture of garden gates, while complex embroidery which took over 600 hundred hours in the Valentino ateliers to make, along with minutely hand-painted organza silk, perfectly suggested the delicateness of spring flowers, enveloping the body in an aura of elegance.
