Tricks for a more effective face washing

You may wash your face daily, but you can do more than throwing some water on, to clean your face. Washing your face properly can give you the benefit of a healthy-looking skin. Here are some steps that you might find helpful:

* Begin by washing your hands and removing your makeup.

* Wet your face with water, not too cold, but not too hot either. Any extreme temperatures can lead into burst capillaries and red sensitive spots on your face.

* Try to stay away from the bar soaps, most of them will dry your skin. Choose a cleanser for your type of skin instead.

* Put some cleanser on your fingers and rub them together, then use your fingers to massage the cleanser into your face. Use gentle, circular motions.

* While washing your face, try to do a little bit of massage to your skin also, as this stimulates the blood circulation and oxygenates the skin.

* When you wash your face your pores unclog, and this is a good opportunity to exfoliate your cells also. You can use a cloth when you rise, it will act like a gently scrub.

* Splash your face with cool, but not freezing water, to close your pores.
