The newest fragrance from YSL has Stefano Pilati’s influence

Stefano Pilati is no longer with Yves Saint Laurent, but the new fragrance of the house that will hit the stores this fall has his mark on. This is because when the perfume was created, the Italian designer was still working with YSL.

Even the name of the fragrance talks about the exclusive publication that Stefano Pilati launched under the YSL name in 2008 that was handed out on city streets during Fashion Week.

Manifesto is a great mixture between jasmine and green notes that include lily-of-the-valley and blackcurrant, and should not be confused with the Isabella Rosselini’s fragrance with the same name.

The new fragrance for women is described as “spontaneous and free-spirited”, and the face of it is the actress Jessica Chastain.
