The Kate Spade F/W 2013 Show Celebrates The Iconic New York City

The Kate Spade Fall/Winter 2013/14 show happened to coincide this season with the New York brand’s 20th anniversary, thus, the collection was dedicated to the symbols which make New York such an iconic city.

The black&yellow motif, reminiscent of Taxi colours and graphic prints, in the form of glazed doughnuts or apples, adorned pencil skirts, bustier tops, flirty dresses and skinny pants, creating joyful looks with a girly vibe.

Along with the outfits in optimistic shades of fuchsia, red, purple or solar yellow, perfect for a daytime look, the collection also featured a series of more elegant outfits, such as a peplum jumpsuit, a gold brocade pantsuit or an outfit composed of a cape with strategic cut-outs paired with a shirt with a lace dickey and skinny pants, looks perfectly fit for a chic cocktail party.
