Smart solutions for a fresh face in the summer

Having a fresh face in the summer it’s quite difficult, when you’re dealing with sun, sweat, and high temperatures. Still, there are a couple of things that can help you  look decent. Here are some of them:

1. Less is more

When temperatures go crazy, it’s better to stick to a basic routine. A cleanser, a toner and a moisturizer with SPF will be more than enough, especially if you’re going to be all day in the sun. If you would like a bit of color, choose a tinted moisturizer; it will give you a nice bronze and shimmer.

2. Prime

If you know your face is glowing really badly, a mattifying primer will help you deal better with the sebum. Apply it right under your moisturizer, and you’re good to go.

3. Protect

While you are out, be sure you always keep a sunscreen lotion with you, so you can apply it from time to time. In this way you will avoid red spots and burnings.

4. Sprinkle

Keep thermal water with you, so you can get an instant refresh along the day. You can also sprinkle your face with green tea, it is full of antioxidants that help skin fight with sun.

5. Choose smart

Pick the right sunscreen protection. The bigger the SPF, the longer you can sit outside without reapplying the lotion. A SPF 30 can filter out about 97 percent of the sun’s rays.
