Natural looking makeup, straight from the catwalk

Natural makeup will always be in fashion. It is perfectly suited for the daytime, but also for the moments you want to highlight your natural features. Here’s how makeup artist Pat McGrath uses to give the models a perfect glow, for fashion shows:

Perfect the skin with foundation and concealer before filling and grooming the brows.

Apply beige liner on the eyes’ inner rims, and then continue with loose powder in iridescent white gold.  Pat applies it around the eyes in a C-shape, and she also tapes some of the same shadow along the tops of cheekbones as a highlighter.

To add depth to the eyes, blend a soft brown shadow into the crease, curl the lashes, and coat them with subtle mascara.

Use a peach blush on the cheeks, and finish the look with just a touch of lip balm.
