Montblanc and Harrods, limited edition. Alligator skin, diamonds, luxury

Montblanc Meisterstück Selection

What is luxury? To Lutz Bethge from Montblanc it is about a promise. And the promise Montblanc is making to each and every of its customers is one of prestige. It derives, Montblanc believes, from its exquisite, timeless, design and from the unparalleled artistry of its craftsmen.

Spanning from writing instruments that can easily become part of a family’s treasured belongings, worthy of being passed down to the next generation, all the way to small and precious leather accessories, Montblanc goes, for its clients, where the finest materials and most prestigious tradition can be found.

Florence is the centre of the German Montblanc’s leather artisanship and, this spring, especially for the exceptional luxury store Harrods, it is preparing the Montblanc Meisterstück Selection.

The ultra-limited collection is to be made up of an alligator leather briefcase complete with diamond encrusted detailing – £ 31.000, a lamb skin tablet case – £ 470, a wallet – £ 187 and an iPhone 5 casing – £ 175, all in the opulent British Racing Green shade.

It is thought to be one of the most exclusive Montblanc editions, and starting May, another true event at Harrods London.
