I want to walk in her shoes. Charlotte Olympia’s shoes!

In Paris, at the Sonia Rykiel show, I spotted Charlotte Olympia Dellal, founder and designer of the shoe brand Charlotte Olympia London. It was the first time I saw Olympia Dellal in public.

After working with Giambattista Valli and Ungaro, Olympia launched her own shoe line in 2007. Soon, the feminine architecture of her shoes, with fan-shaped detail on the hell gain the attention and appreciation of many celebs including Sarah Jessica Parker, Keira Knightley, Blake Lively, Katy Perry or Beyoncé, taking the  CO brand on the highest peak of “the most desirable women’s acquisitions”.

I didn’t find out yet whether the Rykiel’s shoes were made in collaboration with the British designer, but the neon yellow pumps worn by Charlotte Olympia at the fashion parade, caught the attention of many eyes, craving for high end fashion.

Being seated in the first row,  next to the editor in chief of  Vogue France, Emmanuelle Alt, Olympia gave the audience a real lesson of style, in a live demonstration of how to wear with style and grace an exceptional pair of shoes. Shoes that I’m wearing in my mind.

I need to check Charlotte Olympia’s collection on Harrods online right away! I really want to walk in her shoes!
