Gucci kicks off Milan Fashion Week. Watch the show live.

Thanks to the new technology, fashion lovers from all over the world will be able to enjoy the Milan Fashion shows live. Gucci presentation kicks off the show, at 2pm. Fans will be able to see not only the label’s show live, but also read blogger’s commentary at Gucci Connect. Another big name launching today is Alberta Ferretti, whose presentation will be live-streamed through Italian’s Vogue website.

Most of the shows can also be watched on the site of the National Chamber of Italian Fashion. Thursday, Fendi and Prada will present their creations, and the evening will be concluded with a champagne  party for a Valentino store opening.

Moschino, Versace and Etro, known for their bold colors and crazy, beautiful creations, will showcase their proposals Friday. By simply clicking on Versace’s Facebook page you will be able to see all their presentation, live, as if you were in  Milan.

Bottega Veneta and Emporio Armani can be seen Saturday, and Sunday are expected to launch Marni, Missoni and Dolce & Gabbana. Milan fashion week will end on Monday, with DSquared2, Roberto Cavalli, Gianfranco Ferre ‘and Armani, who will throw the ending party.

Tuesday is a day dedicated to up and coming new designers and an exploration of Renaissance master Leonardo da Vinci’s fashion creations. Leather maker Gherardini will present an ornate handbag made after a sketch drawn by Leonardo Da Vinci around 1497. The bag, named Precious, will be available in limited edition, so only 99 women will be lucky enough  to have it.
