Cédric Charlier Fall/Winter 2013 At PFW: A Collection With A Fresh Vibe

From rounded silhouettes, such as the coats and chic daytime dresses, to angular-cut looks, designed with extreme preciseness, such as the jackets, skirts or sweaters with graphic elements made up of an eclectic mix of fabrics – leather, velvet, satin, Cédric Charlier sent out onto the runway for his Fall/Winter 2013 show, a collection in which a modern spirit prevailed.

An abstract scribble print, inspired, according to the designer, by medieval scriptures, along with the multicoloured pattern embroided on a series of looks from the end of the show, as well as the infusions of flourescent colours – acid yellow, fuchsia and neon orange, maintained and accentuated the collection’s fresh vibe.
