Tom Ford fall-winter 2014/2015 at London Fashion Week, a number with panthers. With a demure-seductive attitude, the net stocking-ed models of the American designer personified the wild cat at heart concept of the collection.
Body fitting skirts extended into tops finished off with luxuriantly looking, cashmere, hoods – simplicity of form animated by stiletto cowboy boots, animal prints and the blood-red alligator skin look that broke the rhythm of the Fifty Shades of Black. So, an almost all black extravagantly minimalist collection with an unexpected full stop: the football jersey inspired sequined dresses bearing the designer’s name and birth year, as well as a direct humorous hint to Jay Z’s lyrics, ‘’I don’t pop molly, I rock Tom Ford’’.
