Brad Pitt will become the image of Chanel No.5

Brad Pitt is going to be the first man to represent Chanel No.5 perfume worldwide.

Chanel has not given more information about the advertising campaign featuring the actor yet. Still, it is known that the first advertising will be filmed this week, in London.

Pitt, now 48 years old, doesn’t have an easy task. He will follow the footsteps of famous women such as Catherine Deneuve, Nicole Kidman, Lauren Hutton, Estella Warren and Ali MacGraw, who represented Chanel No.5 in different periods.

Chanel No.5 is the first fragrance launched by Coco Chanel, in 1922, and is one of the most famous fragrances in the world. Its popularity grew considerably when Marilyn Monroe was asked what she wears when she goes to bed, and she said that the only thing she wears are a few drops of Chanel No.5.
