“Bedroom eyes” makeup

If the outer corner of the eye is slightly descending, the whole expression of your face suffers, because you can always give the impression that you are sad or melancholic. Descendant eyes are known as “bedroom eyes”, because they seem tired all the time. But with a well done makeup, you can correct this imperfection. Here’s what you can do:

Your goal is to make the downward of the eye less visible, and this can be achieved by creating the illusion of an unfinished eye. Therefore, it is important not to stretch the eyeshadow to the outer corner, where the line of the eye starts going downward.

Apply mascara by focusing on the middle and on the inside of the genes. If you insist on applying mascara on the outer corner you will only make things worse.

Make sure the shape of your eyebrows is slightly arched upward, and stay away from a right shape.

Apply highlighter on the eyelid and on the brow bone. Continue with a neutral eyeshadow from the inner corner of the eye, along the fold, almost to the outer corner. Apply a darker shade of eyeshadow on the outer corner of the eye, but not to the end, and blend it well, until the color fades into the lighter one. You can apply a little contour along the lower lashes if you want to add  more more definition, but don’t go close to the outer corner.
