A collection made up of lights and shadows, from Giorgio Armani

Giorgio Armani is the absolute master of suggestion and subtlety. Shapes delicately caressing the body, fabrics only necessary substance for capturing and embodying ideas, and colours as simple reflexions of the same barely nuanced yet so original ideas.

The inspiration that Armani chose to impress onto his fluid spring-summer collection is that of a journey to an underwater realm ruled by flow, equilibrium and elegance. The shades of Majorelle Blue and anemone reflexes only illuminated by a few vivid explosions of coral pink or fuchsia are a true metaphor for the Armani style. Sophistication is akin to genius, and a collection made out of lights and shadows, of course, a masterpiece.
