4 things that ruine your skin beauty

Did you ever think that dirty beddings can harm your skin? Find out how you can change simple things in your daily routine so you have a healthier skin.

Soap

Especially if you have very dry facial skin, soap or cleansers may make things worse. So if you normally  wash your face with soap and your skin is dull, you better quit that. Doctors say washing your face with water in the morning is enough.

Birth control pills

Contraceptive pills sometimes can help you get rid of pimples or acne, because they contains hormones. But the same hormones make your skin sensitive to the sun and can stain your skin with brown blotches. Talk to your doctor about the birth control you choose. a low-dose estrogen formula may be appropriate for you. In any case, use sunscreen every day.

Not enough sleep

Lack of sleep can damage skin badly. You can see after a while skin becomes dry and dull. This is because cells produce less collagen and skin looses her capacity to regenerate. If you have trouble falling asleep at night, try to relax before getting into bed. A hot bath raises the body’s temperature and when it begins to drop again, the hormone melatonin is released. Melatonin is responsible for inducing sleep. A cup of warm milk with honey also increases the production of melanin in the body.

Linens

Beddings can damage your skin, especially if you have acne issues. Pillow cases collect bacteria, dead skin cells, and excess night creams, which are stored in your pores during the night. Therefore it is very important to change your pillow cases at least once a week. Twice is even better.
